You will play a key role in driving tenant engagement, enhancing building-wide satisfaction, strengthening relationships with property managers and on-site staff, and increasing brand visibility within the residential community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key ambassador of Natural Wireless across a portfolio of luxury high-rise residential properties.
- Conduct a minimum of 25 in-person building visits per week to engage with property managers, leasing agents, and on-site teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend on-site marketing events including scheduling, setup, signage, and staffing.
- Develop building-specific marketing strategies and materials to support tenant engagement and brand awareness.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with property staff to secure ongoing marketing access.
- Track outreach efforts, event performance, and tenant leads; maintain accurate records in Pipeline CRM.
- Identify opportunities to improve service adoption, resident satisfaction, and building retention.
- Ensure all marketing materials and displays are current, accurate, and brand-aligned.
- Attend weekly team meetings in South Hackensack, NJ, and collaborate with internal marketing leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable engaging with property managers, leasing staff, and residents.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple objectives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Pipeline CRM), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in field marketing, residential outreach, or account management preferred.
- Willingness to travel daily throughout NYC and attend evening events.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills via phone and email.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs for event setup as needed.
