A fast-growing internet service provider has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable Analyst.

Accounts Receivable Analyst duties include, but not limited to: 
  • Maintaining the billing process across multiple ERP systems.
  • Generating invoices and account statements.
  • Performing account reconciliations.
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
  • Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and management reports.
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
  • Assist with new revenue contract processing.
  • Manage and maintain finance department email account.
  • Work under the supervision of the Director of Finance.

Accounts Receivable Analyst Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 1 to 2 years of accounting and/or finance experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.
  • An ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
  • Able to present financial information in a clear and intuitive way.
  • An ability to work independently.
  • The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Have a mathematical background.
